Getting Married

As some of you might know this year my boyfriend Richard has seeked my hand in marriage. And I said yes. It all started back in february when richard said to me let's go to zen gardens to celebrate our valintines day that we never had. So we went there and it was about 9:00pm we had a delicious, expensive supper and Richard wrote me a very romantic valintines card. Then we decided to go for a drive after we were done dinner. Richard has these crazy ideas some times to go on crazy road trips just out of the blue. I was a little hesitant because it was becoming past my curfew. I of course said yes and we went off. Down to niagra falls it was. I was feeling a little nervous but I really didn't think about anything huge happening because I figured by august the month before we had planned to get married he was going to propose to me with a 25 cent ring. When we got there we parked the car, it was around 11:00 at night we walked down to where the falls were and slipped and slided on the ice like we were skating. I was busy looking at the falls when we got there and Richard pulled out a black box. As soon as I saw it I knew he was going to ask me. I waited till he got down on his knee and he said tara I love you sooo much and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. This ring is a symbol of my commitment to you. well most people would probbly cry I did the complete opposite I screamed and jumped up and down in excitement and said yes to Richard. I was so happy and the ring was so beautiful I was in shock when he put it on my finger. He said Tara I stared at this ring and held it in my pocket every single night I got you this ring so that you would feel like a million dollars. And for those who know Richard that ring is not something I would expect him to buy me see because he was against diamonds and all that materialistic stuff. It's not just that he got me a diamond ring it's that he went against what he believes and made me feel like the most specialist person in the whole world. As soon as we started walking away the first person I called was Aunt Pat and told her the good news she was very excited and happy for us. The next day we headed back to london where I told everbody the good news. Jamie, Stephanie and Neil and all my friends and family were very happy. We went and showed the ring off to my Aunt and cousin Stacy. We were planning to have the wedding in september but now have changed it to next year. Haven't started planning the wedding yet waiting till sptember to figure out the date time and little things to do. Thank you for the support you've given us everybody!

Tara's World

Tara's World I'm sorry i have not been in a long time i am avery busy
girl. Well let me keep you up tp date on some of the intersting things in
my life. First i am getting ready for christmas. I am not done all
my shopping, theres quite a few people to get for and my boyfriend and most of my family
won't be around for christmas. Candice is enjoying herself in arizona Aunt pat is visiting
with her mom and i am having christmas with the Rosses this year.

Things are okay in work Giant tiger the store i used to work for layed me off
for some who don't know i used to be a reciever at Giant Tiger. They want me back for
March. permanent position. right now i am stuck looking for work.

I did a christmas play this year for GTA Church it was a blast it was king of heaven posted on Jamies blog
check it out.
I have a couple new friends that i met at work they are very sweet girls one of them used to go to my church.

I've been thinking about christmas alot and trying to ask myself why do we give presents on christmas i know that
when christ was born he was given 3 specail one from the wise men but what so special about having to buy christmas presents every year just a thought. becaues i'm not sure in the bible if theres an scriptures. backing up this little activity

i celebrated my anniversary on sunday:)

He surprised me after his mothers wedding with the idea how sweet it was pretty sweet.

suggestions on my anniversary

Hey All of you i just wanted thank you all for commenting on my blog
it's really great to hear from you all

Nothing new except my 4 year anniversary comming up in September 14.
Yay i want to it to be speacial. Relationships are very important because you learn
so much together. This year i have a theme it's called Nature i want it to be a cheap date but have exciting stuff to do. Richard and i used to go to the western fair which if you ask richard about
our first date he will tell you he spent a fortune on me. Through the years we are learning to find great things to do with out making it expensive. also it's a reflection of what we learned and what we can change.about the realtionship. I thought i would write you this blog to ask if can give me a suggestion about what i can do. i know i'm suppose to plan it all myself but i would really appreciate some insight on what you think a perfect date or romantic Nature activity would be.

I am so excited because i hardly see Richard because we work in 2 different locations in ontario

everythings going well

Hi Everyone i just came back from Cedar Point on tuesday morning 3am.
it was a blast. I went on the Millenium force and some other big rides it was really fun i highly suggest you should go there if you have a lot of stress in your life.
The second favorite one was top thrill dragster it is sweet it goes all the way to the sky and points dow,it's a 8 second ride.I loveed it but was disapointed about the garlic cheese fries they didn't have them when i came.

In other news last week a good friend that i have not talk to in a year from Kincardine high school called me up and chatted with me for a while it was great. Rebecca Allen she is very artistic and is in university Hamilton engineering.

Everything seems to be going well i din't spend all my money at cedar point and My boyfriends back from Mexico.

What's happening in July

Hi all you bloggers out there. Well, let's just say i am doing okay this week and have been so busy that i didn't do any blogging. There's sooo much to share, here it goes.

July has it's ups and downs, like i went to a wedding for my boyfriends sister i think i said it was beautiful . Working very hard at my 3 jobs and trying to balance my time with friends and family. My boyfriend Richard is gone to Mexico he left today for Christian graffiti. It's his passion. Here is a picture of us back in the day:

I am staying with Neil and Stephanie Ross. For those of you who don't know them they are my cell group leaders from Glad Tiding Assembly. It's going well a few minor arguments here and there, but it will work itself out in the end.

I helped organize a camping trip with Jamie to Tobermory. I heard it was good except Jamie forgot paper plates and some other small odds and ends. Good job 'plan B' Jamie. For those of you who don't know Jamie, he is Richard's best friend (and mine too). A little young for Richard, I know...

Last week it was Stephanie's birthday, so my best friend Ruth and I went and planned a birthday dinner / drive in movies. Neil is funny he let the cat out of the bag just before we took her. Calvin, Amy, Candice, Jamie, Ruth, Neil, Stephanie and Claire went. I think my favorite part of the little dinner was the Tiramisu cake i bought from Angelos. Oh and driving half an hour all around a small complex. Thank you Aleah for letting me borrow your tent.

This week Candice and I went with my aunt Pat and had a nice lunch and caught up on all of the juicy news about life in general.

my first blog

Today is Wednesday, my friend Lori from AV-BASE Systems helped me set up my blog about what's happening in my world.

Today I had a great day, eventhough my work schedule is about to change to Tuesday and Friday's. For those of you who don't know I get to work with Jamie - Richard's best friend! I perform various administrative duties for a living at 3 jobs to be exact. 1) American Eagle, 2) AV-BASE Systems, and 3) Mcdonolds.

There is so much to talk about and so little time, like I went to a wedding on Saturday it was fun. My boyfriend Richard's sister is now married... Beautiful wedding.
